Prices
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free delivery. Prices can change at any time, but never after we have accepted your order.
How an order is formed
Adding items to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. A contract comes into existence when we confirm that your order has been dispatched, not when payment is taken.
If something is mispriced or out of stock after you have paid, we will contact you, and you may either accept a corrected price or take a full refund. We will not simply charge you more.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider over a secure connection. We do not see or store your card details. We only dispatch once payment has been confirmed.
Delivery, risk and ownership
Delivery timelines are set out on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has cleared in full.
Returns and your consumer rights
Our Returns page sets out how to send something back. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, including your right to cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery and your right to goods that are of good quality and free of defects.
Using this website
You may not use this site to do anything unlawful, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content, images or product descriptions for commercial use without our written permission.
You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Accuracy
We work hard to describe products accurately, including their real capacity and output. Manufacturer specifications can change without notice, and screen colours vary between devices. If a product materially differs from its description, that is a fault, and the Returns page applies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a product, such as lost data or lost income. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death, personal injury or gross negligence.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
If we disagree
Please email us first. Most problems are solved in one message. If we cannot resolve it, these terms are governed by South African law and the South African courts have jurisdiction. You also retain your right to approach the National Consumer Commission.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
